As the summer heat rolls in, New York City is well on its way to returning to pre-pandemic levels of activity. On June 15th, Governor Andrew Cuomo lifted most of New York State’s COVID restrictions.

With restrictions gradually being lifted, many businesses are seeing an increase in traffic and tourism. To facilitate the rebuilding of the local economy, some [shops/businesses] are offering promotions and participating in events such as NYC Restaurant Week.Established in 1992, NYC Restaurant Week is a semiannual program that celebrates New York City. Participating restaurants citywide offer menus at a special price for lunch and/or dinner. The program runs from July 19–August 22, but restaurants may participate for one, two, three or all four weeks.
